October Bivy a Month (#2)

An epic following the lomond trossachs route, massive distance, camping by Loch Tay, punctures in Comrie and the biggest, densest oatty bar you've even seen

A short one to a hill above Burncrooks, cracking views of the Campsie Fells and a glorious sunrise. Was pretty baltic through the night, with Campbell on the edge given he only brought his quilt and no sleeping bag, and we were down at 0ºC, with pretty significant wind chill. Me on the other hand, had my -7ºC certified sleeping bag and was super cosy.

We descended quickly to make it to Carbeth, a regular stop on any biking trip involving the West Highland Way or John Muir Way, as it perfectly intersects the two at Carbeth.
