An epic point to point cycling race on the most iconic long distant cycling route
Off the back of the summer solstice, we're taking advantage of near maximum daylight. Starting in Milngavie, near Glasgow, sunrise will be at 04:32. Finishing in Fort William, in the Scottish Highlands, sunset will be at 22:18. This means you'll have almost 18 hours of complete daylight to conquer this ultra-cycling route. We're hoping this provides plenty of time to to take in the breathtaking scenery, shed a tear or two, and maybe even arrive in time to watch the sunset over a pint or three. For those that need a little longer, you'll benefit from dusk light conditions into the night, but of course, we'd still recommend a set of lights to be safe. All going well, the weather gods will throw us a bone and you'll get to experience Scotland in all its glory, without the midges, because those little buggers really can ruin a good ride🤞.We'll be continuously updating this page with relevant logistical information related to getting yourself to the start line and getting away from the finish, so check back here regularly for updates.
